You’re surrounded by abundance, but something in you feels vacant.
You’re accomplished, but not deeply aligned.
You’re partnered or have been, yet still feel unmet.
This moment isn’t a crisis.
It’s a signal.
You’re surrounded by abundance, but something in you feels vacant. You’re accomplished, but not deeply aligned.
You’re partnered or have been, yet still feel unmet.
This moment isn’t a crisis. It’s a signal.
In this series, Keith breaks down how to truly know your values, how they quietly shape whether your life feels aligned or compromised, and what actions you can take to change your life from the inside out.
You’ve created something real, whether that’s career, relationships, impact, or financial abundance.
At a certain juncture, how your life looks moves into the background.
Something deeper begins to ask for your attention.
Nothing is broken.
Something in you wants to feel more present, connected, and fulfilled in your life.
But getting there requires real engagement.
When you work with Keith, sessions are not exploratory in the traditional sense. They are targeted, challenging, and designed to interrupt patterns that have often been running the show for years, sometimes decades.
You won’t spend months circling around insights you already have. You’ll be shown where you’re stuck, why it hasn’t shifted, and what continues to reinforce it. From there, support is focused on applying that clarity to how you think, relate, behave, and make decisions.
This isn’t therapy. Therapy focuses on storytelling, processing, and stabilization.
This work is about disruption, clarity, integration, and application.
It’s designed for people who are no longer satisfied with a life that looks good but will never feel right.
For more than twenty-five years, Keith has worked at the intersection of psychology, trauma, mental health, human potential, and performance. As a licensed psychotherapist and co-founder of the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, he has worked directly with thousands of clients and trained over 10,000 professionals in advanced approaches to mental health and transformation. He is also the co-author of Psychedelic Therapy, one of the most respected and accessible books in this emerging treatment modality, and the co-host of The Higher Practice Podcast, listed as a top ten podcast on mental health, wellness, and human potential.
As a young adult, Keith experienced severe mental illness that upended everything he thought he knew about himself and the world. What nearly killed him became the foundation of a lifelong inquiry into what actually allows people to break patterns, overcome severe anxiety and depression, live with purpose, and feel fully alive. That experience solidified his conviction that even the most entrenched suffering can be resolved, and that within each person exists an unrealized capacity for healing, growth, and a unique gift waiting to be discovered.
People turn to Keith for his ability—often within the first conversation—to see what is truly organizing someone’s inner life: where pressure has replaced purpose, how unresolved trauma is shaping chronic emotional states, and which habitual thought patterns continue to block real forward movement.
His coaching is direct and uncompromisingly honest, focused on helping you make sense of your inner landscape and translate that clarity into meaningful, lasting change.
If you want someone who has studied this terrain professionally, navigated it personally, and helped thousands of others do the same, Keith brings that depth into every session.
After decades of clinical work, research, teaching, and coaching, Keith has distilled his approach into five core areas that determine where people get stuck and how people get well beyond measure. In individual coaching, these areas are identified within the first session, and the work focuses on the ones most actively shaping your experience.
Clarifying what genuinely drives you now, not outdated goals or inherited expectations.
Restoring your capacity to be present by resolving the trauma patterns that keep your nervous system reactive and pulled away from the moment.
Where the real work happens. Understanding how the ego fragments your experience and has blindspots, and integrating those parts into a cohesive, grounded sense of self that allows you to fully engage with and enjoy your life.
Strengthening the physical and emotional foundations that support clarity, resilience, and sustained performance.
Examining how you relate to others and to yourself, including attachment patterns, boundaries, and isolation that hides in plain sight.
From the first session, the focus is on what pillar is actually driving your internal experience and where interventions will create the most movement. Sessions are direct and practical, identifying where pressure, avoidance, or self-protection is shaping your life and why familiar patterns keep repeating despite insight.
The work is immediately applied through clear tools and targeted interventions that change how you think, regulate, relate, and make decisions in your real life. This is where anxiety and depression begin to loosen, relationship patterns shift, and career stagnation gets addressed at the root. Understanding becomes lived, ego gives way to integration, and what’s been stuck for years finally starts to move.
Individual coaching is application-only and limited. Keith works with a small number of clients at a time, and not all applications are accepted.
If you’re considering this work, take time with the application. It’s designed to assess whether this is the right next step. If you’re ready to be challenged and commit to work that supports deeper fulfillment, I look forward to reviewing your application and getting to know you.
